Here at MKJ, our work is deemed essential and because we’re essentially concerned with the health and safety of our employees we’ve taken to working remotely.
MKJ remains 100% operational and moving forward with every single project we have underway.
The oddity is that the design phase of new projects is where we find ourselves, which can be done through zoom calls and computer software, has been unaffected by this change in our workflow.
If anything, this new work situation seems ridiculously productive, albeit lonely. MKJ’s work style has always been collaborative effort combining shared best practices of the most experienced engineers – and that remains.
Above all, we want our employees, customers, vendors, and end-users to stay healthy, so we are social distancing while remaining present and essential. MKJ’s IT staff professional has worked tirelessly creating and maintaining a secure VPN network and a secure server to keep all of our private information safe.
MKJ Communications serves the public agencies and we are more committed than ever to making sure that the subways and airports stay running at 100% during and after this unprecedented time.
